It has been six years since I last wrote a blog. I cannot believe so much time has passed. I have spent a few hours reading some of my old blogs. It seemed as though I was reading something from someone very profound. So it scares me to know that person was me. The person I used to be was not afraid of what people thought of what I said. I wrote from the heart with feeling, with inspiration from God to do what he has called me to do. Then I got busy with life and forgot that I’m deeper than just a moment. You see things like Instagram made me feel that people only like instant gratification. They like short paragraphs. They don’t like to go deep. What God laid on my heart this morning was that it is time to get back to doing what he has called me to do. He wants all of us who say that we know him to learn to go deeper in him. Many are an inch deep in God and a mile wide in the world. We need to flip that and go a mile deep in God and an inch deep in the world. I pray that anyone will read this blog going forward be blessed by it. To God be the Glory.
